We produce detailed, permit-ready construction drawings that meet all California Building Code and local jurisdiction requirements.
Our typical timeline is 4–6 weeks from project start, depending on complexity and client responsiveness. Delays can occur due to city plan reviews, engineering revisions, or owner approvals — but we always work diligently to meet and exceed projected time frames.
Our standard construction drawing package includes floor plans, elevations, sections, foundation and roof framing plans, braced wall or shear plans, electrical plans, site plans, and all required general notes. Title-24 energy calculations, truss layouts, and other documents can be added as needed for permitting.
We prepare all drawings to meet building code standards. If your project exceeds prescriptive guidelines, we coordinate with licensed engineers for structural review and stamping. Clients are responsible for submitting plans and paying city or county plan check fees, though we can provide referrals and support throughout the process.
A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of permit-ready drawings. Deposits are non-refundable but can be credited toward future projects. All additional work outside the original scope is billed at an hourly rate or through an approved change order.
